DEEKSHARAMBH – PG INDUCTION PROGRAMME
As part of the student induction programme for Post graduate students , Mar Elias college conducted the orientation session on 13/07/2023. The official session started at 11am with a prayer . Dr.Bruce Mathew, principal presided over the session . Rev.Fr.Eldhose pulparambil , vicar of Kalkkunnel Mar Geevarghese Sahada church was the chief guest for the session . The students who enrolled in Master of social work , Master of commerce were attended the session . The objective of the programme was to familiarise the students to the college environment and other aspects of the academic matters. Mrs.Jincy P Mathews, vice principal and HoD of commerce department , oriented the students about the rules& regulations of the college . The formal session ended at 12.30pm . And during the afternoon session , Dr.Bruce Mathew , principal offered an orientation session for the students and discussed about various aspects of the student’s life and various tips to become a successful individual .
Different games and literary activities were conducted after the orientation programme. The students were participated well in the sessions and interactive. Through this activities the teacher in-charges could be able to find the special talents of the students .
