One day Theatre Workshop was organized by the Department of Social Work. The workshop focused on the skill development of the students. The workshop was organized as a part of the Rural Campfrom 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm. The workshop was chaired by Mr.Suma (Artist), Mr.Jishnu Hareendra Varma, Film Director inaugurated the session and Ms Soumya Mathew the Head of the Department gave the inaugural speech. The technical session includes lectures on street play. A practical session was also conducted among the students under the guidance of the faculties.Trainees practiced various street play techniques. The mistakes and shortcomings in conducting street play were discussed by the resource person. Overall it was a good learning experience for the students. Ms.Bijila O S concluded the workshop with a vote of thanks.
