A training programme titled “Unlock Your Best Self – Confidence for Career Readiness” was conducted on 14 November 2025 at Mar Elias College, Kottappady. The event began with a prayer followed by a welcome address by Ms. Reshma Krishnan, Training & Placement Cell Coordinator. Dr. Joseph T. Moolayil, Principal, delivered the presidential address, and felicitations were offered by Mr. Sunil Joseph and Ms. Tintu Scaria. The session was led by Ms. Reshma Ralgin , Life Skill Coach, who conducted an interactive and highly informative training on interview techniques, confidence building, communication skills, and professional behavior. The programme was especially beneficial for final-year students preparing for placements. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Devika Vinod, Student Representative.
