Innovation And Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) andInstitution’s Innovation Council (IIC) in association with IQAC observed National Start-up Day on 16th January, 2024. In connection with this we arranged a seminar for the students of Computer Science and Applications Department on the topic “Start-up Ecosystem in India” to foster innovation and entrepreneurship skills in our students.
The session was taken by the IEDC nodal officer of our College Ms. Jubilin Jose, Asst. Professor, Dept. Of Computer Science Applications. The session discussed on what are start-ups, eligibilities for beginning a start-up and benefits of beginning the start-ups. The seminar highlighted the role of KSUM, IEDC and IIC’s in colleges.
Almost, 60 students of Computer Science department participated in the seminar. The students gave a very positive feedback on the seminar and eagerly waiting for being part of IEDC & IIC and for the future activities of these clubs.
