The National Service Scheme (NSS) organized a vibrant Republic Day celebration on January 26, 2024, commemorating the adoption of the Constitution of India. The event aimed at instilling patriotism, unity, and the spirit of service among participants.
The event commenced with the welcome speech by Mr. Lijo T George, Programme Officer, NSS. Followed by the unfurling of the national flag by Sri. C.M Baby, Manager, along with the singing of a patriotic song, invoked a sense of pride and patriotism among attendees. Dr. Bruce Mathew, Principal, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of upholding democratic values, social responsibility, and contributing to the nation’s development. Their insightful speeches inspired the audience to strive for excellence and contribute positively to society. Ms. Sneha.S delivered the vote of thanks.
