ABOUT THE STUDY AND PROCESSING OF PLANT
JSW has different sheet production colour on plus,prakathi plus,silver on plus and Asiano. The top quality product produced by JSW is colour on plus which provided 15 year warranty. The basic material for the production is steel and the galvanium is used along steel for extra protection from damage.Galvanium is the mixture of aluminum and zinc. The steel is in the coil form width of 4 feet, after the profiling process it is reduced to 3.6 feet. There are mainly 2 type sheet trefod sheet and gladding sheets. Trefod sheet are 6 rib sheets. They are strongest among another type of sheets . Gladding sheets it is also known as side installation sheet.s Gladding sheets are produced on 3 ribs, 14, 21and 23.
