The NSS unit of Mar Elias College organized International Yoga Day celebration on 21st June 2022. Our College Principal, Dr. P K Sudarsanan, presided over the function and addressed the gathering about the importance of Yoga and Meditation. Yoga Master sighted various examples and taught simple asanas to improve memory and health. 45 students were participated and got benefited.
