On February 18th NSS Unit of Mar Elias College, Kottappady organised an Anti-Drug Awareness Programme in association with Kerala State Excise Department. Dr. P K Sudarsanan, Principal, welcomed the gathering. Mr. Eldho K.C, Civil Excise Officer, addressed the students. He said that the strong network, infrastructure and parallel economy that have been established by those producing and supplying drugs were posing serious threats to nations. He insists the students to be a part of this great campaign and it is our duty to protest the drug abuse inside and outside the campus. Mr. Lijo T. George, Programme Officer, proposed the Vote of Thanks.
