Kalkunnel Mar Geevarghese Sahadha church is one among the oldest churches of the Malankara Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church in the Ernakulam district, Kerala. The church always gives importance to value based education. The vision of the church to give excellent quality higher education, in a holistic background came into existence with the establishment of Mar Elias College in the name of Mor Ignatius Elias III, Saint Patron of the college, in 2006.
We provide an inclusive, caring environment which fosters collaborative learning and positive relationships. As an excellent center of higher education we always aim at the overall personality development of each student in a holistic manner. With the whole-hearted support of the Principal, teachers, supporting staff, parents, college board members, and students, we are able to acquire and establish a good reputation of our college in these years.
Finally, I seek the blessings of God Almighty to fulfill this venture with greater success in the coming future.
